Mirafield operate a Xerox Scanner which will scan to file or scan to print direct to one of four large format printers.
Colour or B/W hard copy up to 91cm wide by up to 5m long can be scanned through the machines soft feed. Images can be saved at an appropriate resolution between 200 and 400dpi.
The scanner is capable of scanning hundreds of drawings and sketches in colour and B/W every day or large quantities of colour designs and photographs at a higher resolution.
Where scan to file is required the scanned tif. files can be converted (if required) to an alternative format. When the file has been saved it can be written to CD, DVD, USB Stick, emailed or retained on a PC or Server.
Scan to print sends the scanned tif. file direct to the printers rip for processing and printing at the requested output size.
